2. Order Policy

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after:

  • Advance payment

  • Signed purchase order

Final artwork approval from the client is mandatory before production begins.

Custom Packaging Orders

Most Aeropack India products are customized. Therefore, cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

Minimum Order Quantity

MOQ depends on product type, size, material, and printing requirements.


3. Pricing Policy

  • Prices vary based on quantity, material quality, size, printing, and finishing.

  • GST, transport, and packaging charges may be additional.

  • Prices are valid for a limited period and may change due to raw material cost variations.


4. Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Modes

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI

  • Cheque (subject to clearance)

Payment Terms

  • New clients: 50–100% advance payment

  • Existing clients: As per agreed credit terms

Delayed payments may result in order delay or cancellation.


5. Production & Delivery Policy

Production Timeline

Standard production time is 7–21 working days, depending on order size and customization.

Delivery

We deliver across India and internationally through reliable logistics partners. Delivery timelines depend on location and courier service. Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges depend on weight, location, and urgency.

  • Customers may arrange their own transporter if required.

  • Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the transporter unless shipment is insured.


7. Quality Policy

We are committed to high-quality packaging standards. However, industry-standard tolerances apply:

  • Minor color variation (5–10%) may occur during printing.

  • Slight size variation within tolerance is acceptable.

  • Handmade or fancy products may have small finishing differences.

All products are inspected before dispatch.


8. Return & Refund Policy

Because most products are customized, returns are accepted only in these cases:

Eligible Returns

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Major manufacturing defect

  • Quantity mismatch

Conditions

  • Complaint must be raised within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos.

  • Used or damaged goods are not eligible.

  • Refund or replacement is processed after inspection.


9. Artwork & Design Policy

Clients must provide final approved artwork before production. Aeropack India is not responsible for spelling, design, or content errors after approval. Design services, if requested, will be charged separately.


10. Intellectual Property Policy

All customer-provided designs, logos, and content remain the property of the client. Aeropack India will not reuse or share client designs without permission.


11. Environmental Commitment
