Standard production time is 7–21 working days, depending on order size and customization.

We deliver across India and internationally through reliable logistics partners. Delivery timelines depend on location and courier service. Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may arrange their own transporter if required.

We are committed to high-quality packaging standards. However, industry-standard tolerances apply:
Minor color variation (5–10%) may occur during printing.
Slight size variation within tolerance is acceptable.
Handmade or fancy products may have small finishing differences.
All products are inspected before dispatch.

9. Artwork & Design Policy
Clients must provide final approved artwork before production. Aeropack India is not responsible for spelling, design, or content errors after approval. Design services, if requested, will be charged separately.

All customer-provided designs, logos, and content remain the property of the client. Aeropack India will not reuse or share client designs without permission.
